Job summary

TLD, a leading Ground Support Equipment manufacturer, seeks a Refrigeration Assembler in Windsor, CT. The role involves assembling refrigeration systems on air conditioning units using various hand and welding tools.

You will read drawings, perform tests, and ensure clean work areas while adhering to safety standards. The position offers a 2nd shift (Monday–Friday) from 3:00pm to 11:30pm with a 7% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling industrial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurement scales.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure and leak testing on own work.
• Accurately interpret drawings and sketches.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Keep daily time logs of manufacturing tasks.
• Other assignments as designated by supervisor.
