Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ramp Agent training course.
• Effective communication skills in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask during shifts.
• Previous airline or front-line customer service is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED completion.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Collaborate with team to deliver reliable customer service.
