Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent to join our Ground Handling Department. The role involves baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment.

You will complete Ramp Agent training and report to the General Manager, while supporting our goals and customer expectations. Essential duties include baggage handling, towing equipment, aircraft guidance, de-icing, and cabin maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy setting.
• Preferred airline or front-line customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
