Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Provisioning Agent to join the Ground Handling Department. The role covers aircraft catering, cleaning, and provisioning supplies per American Airlines standards. You will organize, prioritize, and multitask to support efficient service on the ramp.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, delivering supplies to aircraft, operating service vehicles, and performing quality checks. Strong teamwork and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with airline crew members as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload catering carts and aircraft provisioning supplies.
  • Deliver necessary catering supplies to aircraft.
  • Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform cabin appearance tasks.
  • Perform quality and safety checks on galley equipment and supplies.
  • Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
