Job summary

Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville, Inc. seeks an Aviation Project Manager with 7-10 years' experience to join our collaborative studio in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee all phases of design documentation through construction administration and coordinate complex aviation projects.

Strong proficiency in REVIT and MS Office is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
• US architectural license preferred.
• PM experience with Design-Build/alternative delivery is preferred.
• Aviation projects experience or large-scale projects preferred.
• Experience in related industries welcomed.
• Proficient in REVIT and MS Office.

We are seeking a talented, Aviation Project Manager with 7-10 years' experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive, mutually supportive studio environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include all phases of design documentation through construction administration with proven project management skills
• Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited university required
• U.S architectural license preferred
• Experience in Project Management over Design Build and alternative project delivery types is preferred
• Experience in aviation projects or equivalent of large-scale projects is preferred
• Experience in other related industry sectors is welcome
• Must have demonstrated proficiency in REVIT and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
