Job summary

Jacobs in Irvine, CA is seeking a Resident Engineer to join our Aviation PMCM team, supporting airport facilities and capital improvement projects.

Based onsite with the client, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination from planning through closeout. You will also oversee procurement and contract administration activities and drive project performance to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing aviation, airport, or large capital infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, design, construction, contract administration, and project controls.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through construction and closeout.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide project oversight, support procurement and contract administration activities.
• Monitor project performance and resolve complex project challenges.
