Job summary

Benesch is seeking an Aviation Project Engineer to work on complex airport projects from their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a P.E. license. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure design, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality control in project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• P.E. license or planning to obtain license in the near future.
• Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design responsibility for various infrastructure elements.
• Manage project design calculation files and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate and review drafting and assembly of plan sets.

Skills

Experience with FAA design standards

Excellent communication skills

CADD proficiency

Ability to perform complex analysis and design

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
