Civil Project Engineer
We have a career opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join our growing aviation group in our Colorado division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience and experience designing aviation projects. The individual will develop plans, specifications, and estimates for airport agencies and private clients.

The Impact You Will Have
- Design responsibility for elements such as pavement, drainage, utilities, lighting/NAVAIDS, security, and fuel facilities
- Responsible for project design calculation files and ensuring adequate independent quality‑control reviews
- Manage the process of compiling and coordinating plans, specifications, cost estimates, and pay items
- Coordinate and review drafting and the assembly of plan sets
- Develop and oversee task work plans for assigned team members
- Engage in active team communication
- Organize technical meetings among design staff
- Perform occasional field construction observation, sometimes requiring out‑of‑town travel
- Active involvement in professional organizations
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required
- Experience with FAA design standards preferred but not required
- P.E. license in the state of Colorado or ability to obtain shortly after onboarding
- Advanced use of AutoCAD and Civil 3D modeling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform complex analysis and design
- Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay Range: $95,000 – $140,000 USD
