Everts Air in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Regular Full-Time Parts and Materials Clerk to support safe and efficient aircraft maintenance operations by managing the flow of aircraft parts, supplies, and tooling.

Responsibilities include ordering, receiving, inspecting, storing, and tracking materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with maintenance personnel and vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technicians and leadership.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, inspect, and distribute aircraft parts and supplies.
• Support maintenance personnel by providing required materials and tooling.
• Coordinate with vendors on parts purchasing, shipping, and repair status.
• Perform routine inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
• Verify documentation related to parts, certifications, and traceability.
• Track shipments and receipts of materials internally and externally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
