Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) in Minot, ND is seeking an Operations Training and Stan Eval Specialist to manage training records, coordinate with scheduling, and ensure currency and qualification documentation for a B-1B squadron.

Responsibilities include administering classes, updating systems, and generating reports for leadership. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and prior stan/eval or related DoD experience.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or previously held SECRET not revoked.
• Minimum two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling software.
• Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint.
• Minimum two years of experience in a squadron, group and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop, or three years in a DoD flying squadron/training office.

Responsibilities

• Review and update training records, folders and gradebooks per AFI and local guidance.
• Administer classes and exams, coordinate with scheduling for CRM and other training requirements.
• Update data in PEX and ARMS systems as required.
• Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update ARMS.
• Perform weekly gradebook checks of training requirements.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
• Provide daily tracking of upgrades and training for supervisors and weekly summaries.
• Generate monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary and provide to appropriate offices.
• Prepare periodic training and testing plans for approval and scheduling.
• Generate AF Form 4324 worksheets and training aids.
