Job summary

CTL Aerospace, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Aviation Repair QC Inspector to join our NADCAP-certified team. The role focuses on NDT inspections, interpreting results, and ensuring compliance with FAA and NAS-410 standards while evaluating hardware through the repair process.

The ideal candidate will have documented NDT training (FPI & UT) and hands-on experience, U.S. citizenship or eligible work status, and a commitment to safety, quality, and process adherence.

Qualifications

• 40 hours of documented classroom NDT training in FPI & UT
• Minimum 400 hours practical hands-on NDT experience
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Familiar with codes, standards and contractual documents controlling the method

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hardware at designated steps in the repair process
• Release hardware to outside processes
• Inspect hardware from outside processes
• Perform additional visual inspections as needed per manufacturer data and FAA guidelines
