Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to advance the safety and efficiency of the National Airspace System. The role supports the FAA's new Air Traffic Control System, primarily located in Herndon, VA, with an alternate location in Bowie, MD. This role involves ensuring timely upgrades to FAA systems, creating technical documents, and providing onsite support during implementation.

The ideal candidate must have a relevant degree and experience, with a target salary range of $80,000 to $128,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience creating technical documents.
• Experience in hardware and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate efficiencies for onsite implementation activities.
• Provide onsite support during critical implementation.
• Assist with training, staffing, and site prep activities.
• Coordinate implementation needs across program priorities.
• Provide escalation support for implementation conflicts.
• Measure post-implementation efficiency benefits.
• Support development of project documentation and decision materials.
