Job summary

Leidos seeks an Aviation Mission Planner / Navigator (MP/N) with extensive military aviation experience to craft complex flight plans for Air Force missions. You will operate in a tight-knit crew, leveraging PFPS/FalconView and ISR expertise to meet time-sensitive objectives while managing survivability factors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of PFPS/FalconView, ISR operations, air navigation, fuel management, and combat mission planning.
• Experience with special use airspace management and crew resource management in high-consequence environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex flight plans based on platform capabilities and flight characteristics.
• Provide mission planning support for Air Force requirements in a small crew environment.
• Apply Crew Resource Management skills to ensure safe, efficient operations in time-critical situations.
