Job summary

BOND OpCo, LLC (Aero Ventures division) seeks a Market Analyst in Fort Lauderdale to own an OEM coverage portfolio, verify pricing, and surface off-market aircraft. You’ll work the phone daily with brokers and researchers to build trusted market intelligence and accurate valuations.

You will maintain Salesforce records, produce bespoke valuations and weekly market digests, and develop a broad broker network.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in business aviation: market research, valuation, or brokerage
• Willingness to work the phone at volume
• Aircraft literacy: read specs, status reports, and engine programs
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and strong Excel skills
• Clear, precise writing read by leadership and clients

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned OEM coverage portfolio with accuracy
• Phone daily with brokers, researchers, and operators to verify pricing and surface off-market aircraft
• Deliver verified intelligence: ownership, maintenance, and damage history
• Maintain Salesforce records behind valuations, market reports, and Owner Portal
• Produce bespoke valuations and spec sheets; own the weekly Digest for your markets
• Build a broker and researcher network to stay ahead of the market
