Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform general mechanical tasks, engine work, and inspections on aircraft and components.

You will work on-site with a team, follow FAA guidelines, and use electronic manuals while maintaining safe, customer-oriented service. A high school diploma and A&P license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and A&P license required.
• Driver’s license valid for airline travel and/or passport ideal.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• De-fuel aircraft and support engine removal/installation.
• Operate ground support equipment and assist taxiing.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components; monitor airworthiness.
