Job summary

EcoServices, LLC in Phoenix is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician to perform on-wing engine washes and related maintenance tasks at a full-time onsite role. The position involves night shifts, occasional days and overnight travel based on customer demand.

You will operate mobile wash equipment, maintain tools, and ensure FAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with airline and military personnel to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aviation maintenance experience.
• US Driver's License required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations.
• Experience with safe operation of heavy equipment around aircraft.
• Adherence to DOT/FMCSA requirements including FAA drug/alcohol testing.
• Travel 5–8 nights per month with regional overnight work.

What You will Do:

Our Aviation Service Mechanics are full-time, salaried employees (non-exempt, so overtime applies), reporting directly to the Service Center Manager or designee and will be primarily responsible for delivering EcoPower engine wash services to all airline customers (both commercial and military). Primary responsibilities include:

• Perform on-wing engine washes using mobile wash equipment
• Operate and maintain mobile wash units and service center tools and vehicles
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of service center tools and equipment
• Follow all flight-line safety procedures to ensure professional and timely operations
• Collaborate with airline and military maintenance personnel to meet customer requirements and resolve in-service issues
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with FAA regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service center processes
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs for wash equipment and facility assets
• Drive small DOT-regulated service trucks to customer locations throughout the region

What YOU need to be successful:

• At least 2 years of aviation maintenance experience
• US Driver's License
• Must be able to read and write English language
• Broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations/procedures
• Experience with the safe operation of heavy equipment and ground support equipment around aircraft
• Adherence to DOT and FMCSA requirements which includes FAA drug & alcohol testing pool
• Travel 5 to 8 nights per month. In particular, the ability to travel regionally for occasional overnight work assignments, and also one regular monthly 5-day/4-night customer assignment.
