Job summary

Cutter Aviation in Addison, TX is seeking an energetic account manager to oversee client relationships on a technical and personal level, ensuring a positive experience during maintenance events and flight operations. You will coordinate action plans with service facilities and interact with customers to align work scope with expectations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), and a willingness to work closely with the General Manager and technicians

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
A&P license preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM and aviation maintenance software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact regarding aircraft maintenance events.
Prepare and provide estimates for customer review and approval.
Represent Cutter Aviation at trade exhibitions or networking events as needed.
Maintain and help create a customer-based maintenance experience at a high level.
Upsell and cross-sell additional work (STCs, avionics, upgrades).
Report to the General Manager and support the service facility team.
