Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet seeks a senior supervisor to direct the Aviation Program Support Division through five Branch Managers, aligning funds, training, and support services with fleet readiness goals.

In this role you will oversee DFAS-processed finances, monitor supplier performance, and guide MIS/ERP initiatives (NALCOMIS and Navy ERP) essential for aviation maintenance and parts tracking. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS may be required.

Qualifications

  • Overseeing the Management Branch to ensure correct fund execution and DFAS compliance.
  • Directing supply chain operations and forecasting to support fleet readiness.
  • Liaison with NAVSUP, WSS, DLA, and COMNAVAIRFOR to secure priority material

Responsibilities

  • Direct the Aviation Program Support Division through five Branch Managers.
  • Provide departmental employee programs pertaining to position classification, manpower, position and training and support services.
  • Administer funds and ensure all obligations of public funds, accounts payable and receivables are properly documented and forwarded to DFAS.
  • Monitor supply performance and audit control procedures; administer quality control programs; monitor QC studies and audit QC.
  • Plan, coordinate and direct inventory management and storage of material for Ship's Habitability Program.
  • Provide analysis, oversight and technical guidance for Government Commercial Purchase Card Activity.
  • Provide administrative direction and develop Naval aviation Logistics Command MIS and ERP system squadron personnel.
