Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is hiring an Interior Upholstery Technician to perform repair, refurbishment and reinstallation of aircraft interior upholstery components on world class business aircraft at our Perryville, MO facility.

You will handle seats, panels and other interior items, including removal and installation, disassembly, cleaning, repair and modification of components as directed by supervision. Team Leader guidance and FAA guidelines govern daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to advanced foam build ups, patterning and sewing of seat parts and other upholstery items.
• Modify and repair interior components as needed and prepare seats for installation.
• Remove and reinstall seats, disassemble, clean, repair and modify components as required.
• Maintain shop and tooling, and operate with attention to safety and FAA guidelines.
