Responsibilities

• Attend weekly feedback meetings with EU administrator (Dean, Advisor, or Director) to review student and classroom issues.
• Maintain accurate attendance (daily and weekly).
• Make calls to students who have been absent.
• Review and administer pre- and post-testing in courses.
• Administer surveys and assessments in appropriate courses.
• Notify registrar of roster changes.
• Ensure proper admissions clearance for class entry.
• Maintain fair grading schemes for each student.
• Adhere to University policies and regulations.
• Maintain neat, legible, and organized syllabi.
• Update attendance daily and grades weekly; secure records on campus.
• Conduct class according to schedule and avoid excessive breaks.
• Arrive 20 minutes early, be prepared for each session.
• Be available to students 15 minutes before class for questions/advising.
• Submit grades by Monday 5pm EST after term end.
• Ensure students adhere to University Policy.
• Attend graduation ceremonies if possible.
• Keep classrooms clean and orderly.
• Motivate and support students with academic issues and attendance.
• Maintain current information related to taught subjects.
• Complete annual professional development plans.
• Tutor students as necessary.
