Job summary

CMTS, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead aviation, transportation, and public infrastructure projects at Philadelphia International Airport and other regional sites. You will direct projects from planning through closeout, coordinating with contractors, regulators, and internal teams to meet client requirements, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and PM expertise on complex public sector projects in active environments.

Qualifications

• 15 years of project management experience in aviation/transportation/infrastructure/public sector capital projects
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, contract administration, stakeholder coordination
• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies and client representatives

Responsibilities

• Lead aviation, transportation and public infrastructure projects through all phases from planning to closeout
• Serve as primary client/contractor/consultant liaison and drive execution
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk plans, and project delivery objectives
• Coordinate with airport operations, regulators, utility providers and project teams to maintain continuity and minimize disruptions
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and contract compliance
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries and client-ready presentations
• Oversee procurement activities, bid evaluations and contract admin efforts
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to minimize delays and costs
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development where applicable
