Job summary

Atlantic Aviation Corporation in Stratford, CT is seeking a Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Mechanic to maintain and repair refueling and aircraft services equipment at our fixed base operation. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring equipment readiness and safety across the FBO fleet.

Ideal candidates have aviation support equipment experience, especially with fuel trucks, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Experience with aviation support equipment, particularly fuel trucks.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule; seven days a week operation.
Minimum: high school diploma or GED; at least 18 years old; valid state driver's license; insurability.
Prefer knowledge of ATA 103 guidelines and fuel transfer equipment.
Maintain and repair ground support equipment including heavy equipment and aircraft power units; bring your own tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair FBO refueling and aircraft services equipment per PM programs.
Service fuel trucks, ground power units, tugs, and related equipment.
Ensure safety and compliance while working in all weather; collaborate with team to meet maintenance goals.
