Qualifications

• High school graduate required or equivalent.
• FBO/fuel handling experience and strong customer service background preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service to crew members and clientele.
• Marshal aircraft and greet clientele and crew members professionally.
• Park, secure and direct movement of aircraft on ramp and in hangars.
• Assist with fueling and service aircraft with supplies as needed.
• Maintain ramp, hangars and facilities clean and organized; document findings.
• Perform fuel quality tests and manage fuel storage checks.
• Assist passengers and crew with boarding/deplaning and luggage handling.
• Operate ground support equipment and radios; drive support vehicles.
• Participate in training and adhere to airport rules and security requirements.
