Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and load/unload baggage.
• Guide and park aircraft and operate service vehicles.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service.
