Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a qualified Ground Service Mechanic to troubleshoot and repair a variety of airport service equipment, including belt loaders, lavatory service trucks, and power units. The role requires attention to safety and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of hands-on experience with gas/diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and basic chassis/brakes; fabrication skills in MIG/ARC welding

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience with troubleshooting and repair on gas/diesel engines.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and transmissions.
• Fabrication skills including MIG and Arc welding/cutting; ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt response to equipment service requests to troubleshoot and repair vehicles, belt loaders, lavatory service trucks, air conditioner carts, ground power units, and more.
• Perform and track preventative maintenance for each piece of equipment.
• Work with station management to help control budget and order parts and supplies.
