Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a General Superintendent- Aviation to lead complex projects across the United States with 100% travel. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgets, and coordination among owners, design teams and subcontractors, reporting to the National Aviation Vertical.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of construction experience, 10+ years of field supervision, and proven Lean delivery on large projects. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience applying Lean principles on projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and schedules with Project Manager.
• Attends and manages progress and OAC meetings.
• Oversees budget, cost reporting and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinates with owners, design team and authorities.
