Menzies Aviation in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to maintain fuel farm storage and related equipment. You will test and inspect fuels and additives, compile data, and ensure quality and reliability of products.

Responsibilities include testing and recording data, producing reports, following safety procedures, and working with engineers to meet standards. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience are required; ability to read, write and speak

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment testing including drug screen and background checks.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Consults with manufacturers or engineering staff to set quality standards for fuels and additives.
• Selects and tests fuels/additives for quality, performance, and chemical characteristics.
• Records test data and follows statistical quality control procedures.
• Evaluates data and writes reports on deviations from standards.
• Prepares graphs or inputs data into computer for analysis.
