Job summary

Atlantic Aviation at Rifle, CO is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. You will interact with corporate flight departments and high-profile clients while handling reservations, check-ins, and basic transactions.

The role offers pay starting at 22.45 per hour (19.00 base + 3.45 housing allowance) and requires residency in Colorado; shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid state driver''s license
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to meet customer service needs
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location
• Occasionally be assigned to another Atlantic location based on proximity as needed
