Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting (actuals, budget, forecast).
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries.
• Assist with annual budget, rolling forecast, and business planning processes.
• Maintain Excel-based models and analysis files; build Power BI reports.
• Translate operational activity into clear financial projections with cross-functional partners.
