Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Flight Paramedic to join a team dedicated to safely transporting patients via air ambulance and scene call work. You will provide advanced life support from initial contact to hospital transfer and collaborate with pilots, crews and medical facilities.

Requirements include minimum three years in 911 or critical care, current EMT-P license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP and a flight paramedic certification within 24 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in 911 or critical care.
• Current EMT-P license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and trauma certifications.
• Flight paramedic certification within 24 months.
• Preferred instructor credentials and NREMT-P.

Responsibilities

• Completing electronic patient care records.
• Conducting daily base checks.
• Providing advanced life support from initial contact to hospital transfer.
• Maintaining competency through ongoing training.
• Ensuring proper documentation of licensure and certifications.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and medical facilities.
• Participating in pre-mission briefings.
• Assisting with aircraft safety.
• Filling open shifts as needed.
