Job summary

California Baptist University is seeking adjunct instructors to join a pool capable of teaching Aviation Flight and/or Aviation Management courses at the undergraduate level. Applicants should hold FAA AGI and IGI or a CFI certificate, with a master’s degree in Aviation/Aeronautics or related field and aviation industry experience.

Teaching responsibilities will depend on qualifications and availability, with the potential to contribute to program growth in a faith-based university setting.

Qualifications

• FAA Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) and Instrument Ground Instructor ( IGI ) certificates, or Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).
• Master’s degree in Aviation/Aeronautics or related field required.
• Some degree of aviation industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Aviation Flight and/or Aviation Management at the undergraduate level.
• Assignments depend on qualifications and program needs.
• Contribute to the growth of the aviation program and mission.
