Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Flight Instructor to deliver ground and simulator instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and company training principles. You will conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients across core, specialty, or enrichment courses and develop training materials to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices.
• Knowledge of common aviation regulations.
• Ability to manage classes and teach effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop training materials supporting curriculum delivery.
• Evaluate trainee progress and recommend further training.
• Complete accurate training records for each client.
• Identify client training issues and seek assistance as needed.
