Job summary

Societe Generale Americas is seeking a Senior Front Office professional in New York to originate and structure commercial aircraft financings for airlines and leasing companies in the AMER region. You will lead end-to-end deal execution, coordinate with credit, legal, and back-office teams, and manage relationships with key industry players.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in a senior front-office role for aircraft financing.
• Proven track record of originating and structuring aircraft financing transactions.
• Strong structuring, technical and relationship skills with financial and legal proficiency.
• Autonomy in origination and structuring with current AMER client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Originate, submit commercial offers under RFP and maintain client contacts through visits and conferences.
• Structure and negotiate legal documentation, obtain internal approvals, and implement financings.
• Distribute financings to banks and investors.
• Ensure proper transaction management with Middle and Back-Office over time.
• Develop the customer base, products and net banking income with these customers.
• Implement marketing strategy with the Head of the Desk for AMER clients.
• Train and support junior team members.
