Lead or support aviation projects covering analysis, planning, design, development, deployment, operations, and evaluation of systems and services to improve aviation safety, mobility, and environment. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.
5+ years of experience with aviation noise research
Experience with the Aviation Environmental Design Tool ( AEDT )
Experience with noise and air emissions modeling
Experience with aviation operations forecasting
Knowledge of aviation fuel standards, including Sustainable Aviation Fuel ( SAF )
Knowledge of aviation environmental policies , standards, and measures
Ability to generate project requirements and goals based on client's needs
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Experience with Python, R, SQL, or Tableau
Experience with complex data analyses in Excel
Experience briefing executive-level stakeholders, including using Micro sof t PowerPoint
Ability to lead teams of 3 or more

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
