Job summary

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) is seeking a Product Line Manager to support the engine product line lifecycle, including data analysis, teardown planning, pricing maintenance, and supplier engagement. This role coordinates with Records, Operations, Repair Management, and Sales to ensure proper documentation, repair, and sale of engine materials.

The position requires 1–3 years in aviation materials or related fields, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred in aviation materials, engine product line support, asset management, purchasing, repair management, or related aviation aftermarket role.
• Working knowledge of aircraft engine material, USM, IPC, and aviation industry requirements preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; working knowledge of Quantum Control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sr. Director, Engine Product Line with USM product line activities, including data analysis, inventory review, repair planning, and pricing support.
• Assist with teardown and monetization models for current generation turbofan engines and platforms.
• Maintain data on installed parts, SB/AD status, LLP status and cycles remaining, repair estimates, scrap rates, and expected sales price.
• Collaborate with Records, Operations, Repair Management, and Sales to document, repair, price, and make engine material available for sale.
• Monitor inventory performance, quote activity, demand trends, and aging stock to identify opportunities for improvement.
