Job summary

D.O.M. magazine is seeking an Electronic Technician to join our Exton, PA team across three shifts. The role focuses on calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics equipment to the component level, ensuring compliance with FAR 145 repair station guidelines.

You will work with IS&S instrumentation, soldering, PCB work, and a range of testing equipment. Prior experience with avionics and schematics is highly valued in our production environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical or equivalent education.
• Five years of experience in testing or maintaining electronic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level (soldering, PCB, microscopy).
• Familiarity with Surface Mount Technology and through-hole soldering.
• Experience with reading blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate IS&S instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair customer-owned units down to the component level for analog and digital circuitry.
• Adhere to FAR 145 repair station guidelines.
• Operate testing equipment such as scopes, multimeters, power supplies, and frequency counters.
