Job summary

CSI Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is seeking a Bench Technician to perform component‑level troubleshooting and repair of complex aviation electronic and electromechanical components. This is a 1st shift position, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime on Fridays as needed.

Essential duties include reading drawings, schematics and maintenance manuals; troubleshooting circuits to component level failures including ICs, resistors and transistors; soldering

Qualifications

  • Read and interpret drawings, prints and schematics.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting to component level failures (ICs, resistors, transistors, capacitors).
  • Soldering and board repair, assembly/disassembly of mechanical components.
  • Familiar with test equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes and frequency generators.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex aviation electronic and electromechanical components to the component level.
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Use standard test equipment to diagnose and repair faults and verify operation.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
