Benesch is seeking an Aviation Designer to join their Kansas division. This role involves contributing to civil airfield design alongside a dedicated team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

The position offers career growth with training opportunities and the chance to work on diverse projects. Ideal applicants are knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• E.I.T preferred or desire to obtain P.E. in the future.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Civil airfield design production coordinating with aviation design staff.
• Prepare multiple design projects at one time.
• Perform complete basic analysis and design.
• Develop thorough design details appropriate for the project.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and pay items.

Skills

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Demonstrated ability to work in a team

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline

E.I.T (Engineer In Training) or desire to obtain P.E. (Professional Engineer)
