Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for aviation operations, customer service, maintenance, and other areas.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights informing decisions and improvements.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to show KPIs for aviation operations.
• Assist in business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for proposed projects.
• Support implementation of new systems and processes by providing requirements and facilitating UAT and training.
