Responsibilities

• Conduct training using classroom, CBT, distance learning, simulations, and on-the-job methods.
• Assess trainee competence to meet government and organizational standards.
• Navigate and interpret aerospace composite manufacturing/repair documents and drawings.
• Deliver training sessions on specified technical areas of composites.
• Evaluate training programs and report trainee progress.
• Maintain training materials and prepare training areas for teaching.
