Garver’s Aviation Team is looking for an Aviation Civil Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of aviation design projects across Florida. The role involves building strong client relationships, overseeing project execution, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting Garver’s growth in the Florida aviation market.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include: project management of aviation design projects for airports and other aviation clients.

• Construction administration and oversight for aviation clients
• Market research and business development to create/expand industry relationships to pursue and win aviation engineering and planning projects
• Collaborate and coordinate with multi-disciplined teams of design engineers and technicians
• Provide outstanding client service

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with aviation project experience
• Responsive and consistent in communications
• Proficient in design software packages such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, aviation specialty programs
• Travel will be required with occasional overnight stays

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working with a multi-disciplined team while overseeing project execution
• Experience in construction administration for development projects at airports
• Licensed pilot or other aviation-related experience
