Job summary

Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Aviation Civil Engineer (EIT) in the Florida region. You will perform engineering calculations, obtain permits, and support planning, design, and field tasks across aviation projects.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, FE/EIT credentials are a plus, and 0–3 years of aviation experience. CAD experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• FE/EIT certification desirable or scheduled prior to graduation.
• 0–3 years of aviation project experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and use design software to support aviation and civil site projects.
• Obtain permitting, collect existing data, and support planning and design tasks.
• Assist with site investigations, field reconnaissance, utility locations, and permit applications.
• Support construction document preparation and project close-out documentation.
• Collaborate with senior technical staff.
