Qualifications

• 0-5 years of civil engineering design experience on transportation projects, aviation project experience preferred.
• Current Engineer Intern Certificate or ability to obtain licensure as a Professional Engineer in NC, SC, or VA.

• Develop specifications and final design of projects.
• Prepare preliminary and final engineering reports.
