Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Catering Transport Driver to safely and timely move catering equipment between the flight kitchen and aircraft in a fast-paced airport environment.

You will verify loads, operate equipment per procedures, and coordinate with flight crews and airport staff, with strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and reliability in daily flight operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random testing, and background check (including TSA/Customs requirements)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to work at heights and near aircraft
• Ability to stand, walk and stay active for 8+ hours
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility for varying schedules including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Gather and stage all required equipment and carts for assigned flights
• Verify catering loads against flight documentation to ensure accuracy
• Safely load, transport, and unload catering products to and from aircraft
• Position catering units at aircraft and operate equipment per procedures
• Retrieve inbound carts and return them to the flight kitchen
• Communicate with team members, flight attendants, and airport personnel to support operations
• Comply with SOPs related to driving, equipment use, and aircraft servicing
• Ensure all deliveries meet required timelines in a time-sensitive environment
• Follow safety, PPE, and security requirements
• Any additional duties as assigned by management
