Job summary

Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. is seeking a CAD Engineering Technician to support planning, design, bidding, and construction phases of airport projects. You will prepare CAD drawings and exhibits, ensuring adherence to CAD standards and collaborating with design teams.

The role requires AutoCAD 2018+ (or equivalent) and familiarity with Autodesk tools; Civil 3D experience is a plus. Travel for onboarding and training may be expected.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD 2018 or later, or equivalent.
• Civil 3D experience preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk tools in an engineer drawing / plan production environment.
• Right talent can transition from other engineering disciplines to this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide various aspects of support for projects in the planning, design, bidding, and construction phases
• Prepare CAD drawings and exhibits for projects
• Learn and follow company CAD standards
• Work with design data (by others) in Civil 3D
• Coordinate printing and preparation of product deliverables
