GAT Airline Ground Support is seeking a Cabin Appearance Supervisor to lead the cabin appearance team, manage both full-time and part-time staff, and coordinate with carriers to meet flight schedules. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and efficient use of resources.

The candidate will supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and drive high levels of service while maintaining aircraft readiness for departures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of computer experience (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ramp or airline operations experience preferred.
• Must complete required training and certifications.
• Background checks: FBI fingerprint and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Establish shift assignments for full-time and part-time staff and supervise the cabin appearance team.
• Brief crews before each flight with clear role definitions and procedures.
• Oversee cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Replenish onboard supplies and manage stock levels for cabin and storage areas.
• Accept deliveries and manage inventory in the commissary locker; document shipments.
