Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of business process redesign or reengineering.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, decision-making skills.
• Experience in business process management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop process metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct acceptance testing of new business systems and enhancements.
• Monitor and adjust business systems and applications as required.
• Develop business process conversion and implementation plans.
• Conduct workshops and lean events for value stream analysis.
