The role offers growth through cross-training, safety adherence, and ongoing production support across multiple cells. Prior aerospace or metal fabrication experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools (grinders, files, dremels, etc.) in a production setting.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and drawings.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments like calipers or micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hand tools for multiple operations on metal parts.
• Read specifications, blueprints, and layouts; translate to action.
• Assemble machined parts and sub-assemblies with hand and power tools.
• Align components and fasten with bolts, screws, or rivets as required.
• Verify dimensions with precision tools to meet tolerances.
• Inspect run quality and ensure specification conformance.
• Operate test equipment and participate in process improvements.
• Cross-train for additional skills to support production needs.
• Observe safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
