Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking baggage handlers to support passengers with baggage handling and related concerns. The role involves loading/unloading, resolving baggage issues, and coordinating with TSA.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and meet airport/state credential requirements. The position requires physical endurance and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Set up conveyances to sort and distribute incoming bags.
• Scan and ensure correct tagging and loading of each bag.
• Forward and receive bags to and from TSA.
• Operate safety scanners and related equipment.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
