Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in aviation construction, project delivery, and general inspection.
• Ability to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Ability to prepare inspection documentation and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Attends pre-construction meetings and answers questions from contractors and attendees.
• Performs inspections in active terminal, airfield, and landside environments, coordinating work sequencing.
• Monitors phasing and safety standards; inspects barricades.
• Documents progress and issues; performs material testing of asphalt and concrete.
• Reviews shop drawings and welding procedures; identifies non-conforming work.
• Supports substantial completion, punch lists, and final acceptance for structural scopes.
• Travel within ~100 miles; ability to work non-standard hours including weekends.
